Trecks
Pharan is situated an hour from Mitzpe Ramon, an hour from Eilat and an hour and a half from The Dead sea.
There is an abundance of hiking paths. It is important to choose a suitable one in terms of group make-up, character, and level of difficulty.
Tips for hiking:

Have a map with you.

Have comfortable shoes, hat, sun block and sufficient water.

Check weather forecast in advance, do not hike in canyons if there is fear of floods or extreme heat.

If the path includes walking in water - take a change of clothes.

Look after nature and leave it as you found it - do not leave trash behind you.

Walk and drive only on designated roads and marked paths.

Sleeping out and lighting fires is only possible in officially designated overnight parking areas.

In case of danger or need of rescue or urgent medical help call 100 for police or 101 for medical assistance.
